Less than 24 hours’ notice/day of the lesson:

Lessons cancelled with less than 24h notice and on the day of the lesson are non-refundable and will count as a lesson.

Less than 48 hours’ notice:

Lessons are non-refundable - full credit will be stored for the next lesson that will be rescheduled on a different day, according to availability. 

You won't be able to reschedule or cancel the lesson by yourself via Setmore, so please contact Edoardo asap via email to reschedule a lesson. 

Rescheduled lessons must be booked and be attended within one month from the missed lesson, or credit will be lost.

More than 48 hours’ notice:

Lessons are non-refundable - full credit will be stored for the next lesson that will be rescheduled on a different day, according to availability.
Only if the student can't continue attending and decides to stop the lessons, credit will be refunded minus a £15 admin fee.

If for any reason the teacher cannot deliver a lesson, full credit will be stored for another lesson.
